3.4 Web Application Development & Software

• • All development projects are governed by a signed project agreement detailing scope, timeline, and payment milestones.
• • Source code and intellectual property transfer to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed.
• • Simnyx is not liable for third-party services (hosting, APIs, libraries) used in project delivery.
• • Post-delivery bugs are addressed at no cost within a 30-day warranty period. Changes beyond the agreed scope are billed separately.
• • The client must obtain all necessary licenses for third-party tools or assets incorporated into their project.

3.5 User Accounts

• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• • You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• • Simnyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3.6 Intellectual Property
