1. About Simnyx

Simnyx Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (trading as “Simnyx”) is a technology services and education company registered in Nepal, operating from Bharatpur, Chitwan, Bagmati, Nepal. We provide:

• •Training Courses — Practical, AI-integrated courses in web development, programming, data science, and digital skills.
• •Digital Marketing Services — SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, and content marketing.
• •Software Development — Custom web applications, software solutions, and digital products.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• •All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• •You will maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorised access.
• •You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• •One person may not maintain more than one account without prior written consent from Simnyx.

3. Course Enrolment

3.1 Enrolment Process

Submitting an enrolment request does not guarantee a seat. Enrolment is confirmed only when Simnyx sends a written confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any enrolment request at our sole discretion.

3.2 Batch Assignment

Students are assigned to a batch (cohort) based on availability and schedule preferences.Simnyx may change batch timings, mentors, or formats with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

3.3 Prerequisites

Some courses may have stated prerequisites. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet these before enrolling. Simnyx is not liable if you are unable to follow course material due to unmet prerequisites.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Fees

Course fees are displayed on the course detail page. Prices are quoted in NPR unless otherwise stated. Simnyx reserves the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect confirmed enrolments.

4.2 Payment

Payment details and timelines are communicated at the time of enrolment confirmation. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated period may result in your seat being released.

4.3 Refund Policy

• •Before course commencement: Full refund if withdrawal is requested more than 7 days before the course start date; 50% refund within 7 days of start.
• •After course commencement: No refund once a course has started, unless Simnyx cancels or significantly alters the course.
• •Course cancellation by Simnyx: Full refund or option to transfer to another batch/course.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@simnyx.com.

5. Certificates of Completion

A digital certificate of completion is issued when a student meets all of the following criteria:

• •Full payment of course fees has been received.
• •The student has completed all required coursework and assessments to a satisfactory standard.
• •The student's enrolment status is marked as "Completed" by their mentor.

Certificates are issued in the name provided during registration. Simnyx certificates are not accredited by any external regulatory body unless explicitly stated. They represent practical completion and skill attainment as assessed by Simnyx instructors.

6. Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. You agree not to:

• •Harass, bully, or discriminate against other students, mentors, or staff.
• •Share, reproduce, or distribute course materials, recordings, or content without written permission.
• •Submit plagiarised or AI-generated work as your own original work in assessments.
• •Use any Simnyx platform, tool, or resource for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data belonging to Simnyx or another user.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the course without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to videos, slides, written materials, code samples, and assessments — is the intellectual property of Simnyx or its licensed contributors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access this material for your own educational use only.

You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written consent from Simnyx.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simnyx disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access.

Simnyx does not guarantee employment, income, or specific career outcomes as a result of completing any course. Career results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

In no event shall Simnyx be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chitwan, Nepal.
